Snow Hemmings
Project Officer
Snow leads Woodside Working Together and brings over 20 years of experience in community, youth, and family work.
She holds a Master’s in Community Education, a degree in Drama and Theatre, and is JNC Level 2 Youth Work qualified. Snow also has training in Health & Safety, Risk Assessment, First Aid, and Child and Adolescent Mental Health, helping to ensure a safe and supportive environment for everyone involved.
Her career has included work across social services, schools, family services, youth services, and charities such as the YMCA. She is also a Company Director of a sensory development children’s activity business, supporting families and children to learn, grow, and thrive.
At Woodside Working Together, Snow works from The Park Lane Centre, collaborating with staff, volunteers, and local residents to deliver projects that make a real difference in the community.
Louis Latham
Assistant Community Project Officer
Louis supports the delivery of Woodside Working Together and brings valuable local knowledge alongside hands-on experience.
Before joining the team, Louis volunteered at The Park Lane Centre for over a year, gaining a strong understanding of the community and its needs. He has also worked as a support worker, supporting people with additional needs, and holds a qualification in sports coaching.
Having grown up in the area and studied locally, Louis has a strong connection to the Woodside community. This helps ensure projects are relevant, inclusive, and engaging for local people.
At Woodside Working Together, Louis works alongside Snow, as well as staff, volunteers, and residents, to deliver projects that build skills, confidence, and opportunities across the estate.
