Description

This is a FREE class for anyone over the age of 18 and is a mixture of strength and cardio exercises led by a qualified instructor using the outdoor gym equipment and free weights.

The aim of the class is to improve muscular strength/ endurance, cardiovascular fitness, weight control and mental health, all levels of fitness welcome. We are a friendly bunch, and we have a free drink (tea/coffee) and get together post workout session.
